  • The price includes the usage of bed and bath clothing, cleaning after departure, parking, electricity, heating in the winter season, usage of the garden, unlimited internet usage (W-LAN), toilet paper, cleaning rags, detergents.
  • In the apartment house there is a storage room for your luggage (skis, bicycles) at your disposal.
  • The stay is free for children up to 5 years, if they sleep together with their parents.
  • In case of a one- night stay we surcharge 20 % of the original price.
  • The price does not include the visitor’s tax.
  • The visitor’s tax is 1.01 EUR/Day/Person
  • The apartment is rented out from 16.00 h on the day of arrival to 10.00 h on the day of departure.
